Healthy Hot Cups

China is all about their medicine and health. A lot of Chinese people go to the spa and get hot cups done. When you get them done on your back its supposed to make you more healthy. When you get them done on your stomach its supposed to help you lose weight. Ally and I went with Summer to give it a try. It doesn't hurt at all. We got it done on our backs but we want to try it on our stomachs for a month. It leaves mark and since I bruise very easily it leaves dark marks. The darker the mark the more unhealthy you are. February and March

Hey everyone! I know it has been a really long time since I have posted anything. I have been pretty busy especially since the time is coming to an end. It is April now and I only have two months left. Since my last post, I have done a lot. I went to the Philippines and had an amazing time doing many new things such as river climbing, trekking, snorkeling, and canyoning. I got to snorkel with whale sharks and sea turtles! All the pictures are on my Facebook. I will not post them here because it takes a while to load photos that come from a camera.

As for my yearly goals, I have been keeping up with my reading. Each month I have read at least one book. I finally got through the Great Gatsby and watched the movie. It was pretty good. Also (March I read two books), I read an Ellen book which gave me a few laughs.

Losing the weight I have been wanting to lose has been a battle. I work hard every day at the gym but I am still not seeing the results I want. Ending a college career and getting older is not helping. My body is changing but I will figure it out and I won't give up.

Ice Skating and Chair Skating

A few weekends ago, we went ice skating with Miki and her daughter Rou and Summer, Tony, and their daughter Jenna. It was a nice relaxing day and we had a lot of fun. I love ice skating, however, this was my first time skating on a frozen lake. It was still great just more bumpy than I am use to. China, also, has these chairs you ice skate on and you can ice skate with bikes. Something we had never seen before but had to experience.
